Our English Classes have been running successfully for over 3 years. We aim to help clients with their very varied levels of English language skills. In our two groups we have a mixture of students from Congo, Iran, Chechnya, Sierra Leone, Eritrea, Turkey, Nigeria, Iraq, China and Russia, and all are welcome. All of our tutors are qualified and experienced ESOL professionals who wish to help our clients gain knowledge and confidence with their writing, reading and speaking English.
The sessions are informal and friendly, and we try to maintain an atmosphere that encourages discussion to help students activate the language they are learning, and also to talk about things that interest them all. The students make great progress in our classes and we enjoy watching them improve their speaking and writing as well as expand their English vocabulary, grammar and literacy. Above all however, we want to help build self-confidence so that they can feel able to understand and operate confidently in their everyday life. Living in a new country is extremely tough and challenging, especially if you cannot speak the language so we do all we can to empower our students so they are able to integrate into their new community.
