| Advocacy l We advocate on behalf of people whose voices are ignored, and on issues critical to their wellbeing. Many of our clients have paid a high price for speaking out in the past, so we support them in finding their own voice. Whether threatened with removal to places where they risk imprisonment and torture, or denied healthcare in the UK, we help them to understand their rights and make informed choices. We are defined by how we respond to our most vulnerable citizens. Advocacy provides a safety net to those in need, and ensures that the society in which they live meets its obligations. |
